Spent part of the morning cleaning trash from Moore's branch-and from around these bald cypress knees.

Moore's Branch Beach

Moore's Branch gravel beach, down by the rock in our back yard. The branch flows down to the Oconee, which mates with the Ocmulgee to spawn the Altamaha which spills into the Atlantic or maybe flows on into the Sargasso Sea. So one distant day, this gravel, eroded to sand, will form the shifting beaches of the barrier islands down on the coast.

Onwards to Spring

Little bit of a delay as we travelled to North Cackalacky, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, and California. Didn't expect it to be quite this long though between posts. Winter Solstice passed yesterday so things can only get better, or at least sunnier.
